23m Balding Since 18, Starting Dutasteride Tomorrow

So i started losing my hair around 18 and since then have been losing hair non-stop at the same rate and am now 23. I've decided I've finally had enough and am starting dutasteride tomorrow. How much regrowth could I expect? Is it possible to fully regrow my hairline?

I wouldn't expect any regrowth. You should be happy with maintenance. That's just where we are with medication for hair loss just now. Obviously a very small percentage of people are good responders to meds and will get regrowth. I would recommend you start with finasteride for a year first and see how it goes, then decide from there if maybe avodart / dutasteride would be a better option.
