23 Yo Trying To Identify Norwood Level And How To Deal With It

Hi guys, I am Jake! I am 23 yo, and tbh I don’t really like my hair. I have very straight and thick hair, that is almost impossible to style in a nice way. I usually keep it short, buzzed it 12mm 25days ago. There is a tendency in my family for high temples in general, even my sister and niece has like a bit high temples.

However I was wondering what Norwood level you think I am and furthermore what can be done in to preserve hair, when looking past drugs? All tips are welcome! Diet, natural remedies, supplement

You're a 1 or maybe a 1.5. I wouldn't worry for now. Keep and eye on it, if you continue to recede or start thinning on the crown you might try finasteride.

What do you mean "deal with it" ? You have normal hair, thick and healthy. As you age your skin, eyes, overall health will change, so will your hair. It will mature, recede, more or less, depends on genetics. Stay healthy, workout, eat healthy, keep your mind in a good state.
