23 Year Old, Need Help, Receding Or Mature Hairline? Very Thick Hair On Top/crown But Forehead?

Im 23, hair on top and back very thick......but was worried about the temples! hairline at forehead has been like that for around 3 years and hasn't really receded any further....

I thought that but when I pull it back and hold it firmly in place it all seems to look okay, is it not just baby hairs falling down that make it look like miniturizing in those pics?
