Hi guys!

I am 22yo looking to get a transplant. I know my hairloss is not extremely severe, however I have always had bad temples, and now I just wanna fill the temples out, because my family history only really consist of temple recession. I also attatched a picture from when I was 14

Anyone have some opinions on number of grafts and so on?

What do you do if it gets worse?

Well, I mean get a second transplant, however the tendency in my familiy is high temples, I have brothers in their 40s and they’re basically only affected by high temples

Try maintenance first and see how that goes eg microneedling, minoxidil duta etc

An hair transplant is totally unnecessary in your case. Just work on maintenance and see where you are in 5 years. Don't rush into anything you may regret later

That’s what you call “bad temples”? I’m three years younger than you and almost a solid NW2, it has yet to make a difference in any aspect of my life (other than the fear of a massive shed and getting on the highway to NW7 at any moment). If you’re having problems with girls or something, it’s not your hair.

Maybe spend that $10k on jaw fillers or a chin implant.

I guess it’s more of a mental issue, i dont really have problems with the girls but for some reason I am super insecure about my hairline
