22 years old - will be 23 this year; I feel like my hair used to be thicker near the temples and the sideburns before; is this progression normal for a 22 years old or should I go to see a doctor?
Also - is the hair whirl near the top something that i should be worried about?

PS: the last 2 photos are from March last year (just for comparison)

Thank you in advance!

It could be a mature hairline. You do have some recession though, no doubt about that. I would put you on Norwood 1.5 on the Norwood Scale which is still a relatively full head of hair. The best thing you can do is keep an eye on it and if you see it getting worse add in finasteride.

How about the whirl near the top?
Is this a sign of loosing a lot of hair in the future or is it normal?

Thanks!

Crown looks like it’s thinning. now You can say it’s because of the short haircut but i would keep an eye on it

No hairloss on my father's side and hairloss at late age on my mother's side (as far as I am aware of).
