22 Year-old Thinning And Receding (looking For Advice)

Hi, so glad I found this forum. For quite a few months now my hairline seemed to look different (at least to me). I think it was maturing/receding and the hairline is now higher and my widow's peak is more pronounced. But about a month ago I noticed thinning around the temples and now I'm certain that I have some serious recession going on. I've been reading around the forums but I'm looking for suggestions on what sort of meds would help. Is there any chance of staving off a lot more hair loss for very long at this stage? How abnormal is this amount of loss for someone my age?

The temples seem noticeably worse than the crown to me at this point.

I have a history of hair loss in the family. My father is in his late 40's and has about a Norwood 4. My maternal grandfather is pretty much completely bald. I've known I've had bad genes for this for several years. Also interested in hearing what sort of lifestyle changes help maintain the hair (if any). How often should I wash it (hearing conflicting things about this)?

Here are some photos:

I think it is difficult to say for certain if someone is receding when we don't have a before picture and when you are pushing your hair back and taking a close up (most people including women and kids would look like they are receding). Do YOU think you are receding? I would perhaps hold off on Propecia until you know for sure. Don't wait till it is too far gone but right now your hair looks normal.

Thank you for the responses. As to whether I think I'm receding, I'm sure my temples have receded. I can't say whether it will get worse right now or not but I'd like to get on top of the problem. My hair also feels noticeably thinner near my temples, which to me is a red flag. (However, I have been on a small dose of prozac for the past few months which could be causing this and makes the situation even harder to know for sure. I'm trying to get off it soon.)

I have attached some before pictures. The first two are when I was 19. The third is from last September and the last two are from this week.

Prozac like other antidepressants can cause some hairloss. But still keep an eye on it closely.
