I am 22 , started seeing hair loss from 3+ years now.
Hair line has recessed and hair density is very low on the crown.
I always had dense but thin hair, and everyone used to like my hair.
Rarely, i see hair loss after i wakeup but at times i see hairs here and their but not many.
Last night while i was oiling my hair, lots of hair were stuck to my hand after massaging my scalp which was not normal for sure.
Last year i tried minoxodil for a month but then discounted it to try natural methods.
I went complete bald, started doing head stands, few breathing exercise oiling my hair weekly. And i am taking these vitamin pills called tricho 5, androanagen from 2 months. Sharing some current pictures below.
Would like to know what degree of damage has been caused and what can be done?
And my dad still has hair with a recessed hairline and thin hair whereas my mother's brother is completely bald.
