Over the last 6 months I noticed my hairline was receeding. At first I wasn't sure, but now I am. I feel like it's getting worse every day and I'm afraid of being bald/balding I my 20s. Deathly afraid.
I no longer have a pic of early this year but this one is March 1st 2016 after I cut it all off.
Here's early May 2016 when It grew back out (hair brushed back)

I cut all my hair off after that but it was lined up by a barber. You can still see recession. Which was not visible a year ago.

A week later when it started to grow out you can tell it isn't filling in in the corners

So today, it cut off again to inspect the hair line. Before the barber lined it up you could see the thinned spots.

I feel like since this all happened within a year it's definitely rapid male pattern baldness but I'm not sure. My dad has a receded hair line but it's not bad and no one in his family is bald.
My mom has an uncle who is bald on the top and his son is balding as well in his late twenties.
I really don't want to be bald and I'm too scared to take finasteride due to the ED risk.
I'm seeking opinions, advise, and wisdom.
