I am lately very concerned and can't figure out my hairloss my dad is bald and I had thin hair complexion since I was a child..I also have sebohorric dermatitis which was caused by minoxidil I used 2 years back... You can also check my previous threads to see if it has worsen.. Really need some good advice.

Well you could risk it and try finasteride, I personally wouldn't recommend that

You’re diffused thinning and show signs of significant crown loss. An AA (finasteride) would be a great choice right now. Otherwise you’ll surely be bald within 5-9years

By these photos I can't tell. You have to send me a picture with your face showing so I can analyze and predict by your cranofacial features whether you will be bald or not. It seem like you have thinning on the sides too which means that it might be diffuse hairloss(telogen efluvium). Telogen efluvium occurs due to various reasons. It might be thyroid, vitamin deficiency, stress etc...
OK so I have uploaded few more photos.. I don't have recession but pretty bad thinning also I am already on topical minoxdil and topical finasteride for about 4 months hasn't helped much. Also I had pretty bad psoriasis 2 years back I guess it has damaged my hair follicles because I had to remove scales and hair would come out with it. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Will topical finasteride with minoxidil work? I am already on it for 4 months and seems to work a lil bit.. Hair has thickened a bit but not much regrowth.
