I was 16 year old or so when my hair started to thinning. My hair is thin but thank god no baldness yet.
I used Regaine about 5-6 month but i had no results. Then i stopped for 4 month. I started to drink tea every day(green tea, people say it blocks dht). I drink like 5-6 glasses green tea everyday like 5 month but had no results.
Then my doctor wrote me Propecia 1mg. I been using this 3 month, and last month i started using Regaine Liquid also(with Propecia). I stopped drinking Green Tea because some say that green tea increases DHT instead.
3 month, no results yet. I probly use 1 year before i know if this works or not. My hair is thin but not so bad like most people and yet no regrowth and people who had less hair or baldness already had regrowth like with 3 month.
Now i drink coffee everyday like 1 liter or so. Is coffee dht blocker? I also diet, eat less so i can´t get more testorones that increase dht. I also taking now vitamins.
In short:
5 month regaine, no results, i stopped.
4 month later:
Propecia 1mg - 3 months
Regaine Liquid - 1 month
Vitamins - 1 month
Coffee - 1 month
Diet(less eating) - 1 month.
I using propecia but i still having every day(mostly morning and day) erection. People said that propecia should decrease sex so then it will lower dht but for some reason i still having erection everyday, having fantasy about girls(i cant stop) and most mornings my underwear is totally wet.
Im 21 year old. Does erection and sex fantasy increase dht??!! Coffee blocks dht? Please help me.
