21 - M | Diffuse Thinning | Shedding While On finasteride

Hi, I'm Asian 21 years old. I've started losing hair in diffuse pattern since I was 17.

I've tried finasteride almost 2 years ago, but only for some months but stopped due to illness (not related to finasteride) and thought I would just accept balding.

However, few months ago I noticed that it gets more noticeable and keeps losing handful hairs everyday. I'd say that I pretty lost more than 50 percent of my hair on top already.

My current regimen:

1.25mg generic finasteride 1x day - 1 month ago
Nizoral 2% 3x a week - 1 month ago
Dermaroller 0.5mm 2x a week - 1 month ago
Biotin 5000mcg - Just took the first pill earlier, not sure if it'll help to stop the shedding
Headstand - I've read somewhere that it helps the blood circulation on scalp

I just want to know if someone's in the same boat experienced any success? Any advice would highly appreciated. Thanks.

I will update again on month 3, hopefully shedding will stop and some positive results.

I've decided to buzz my hair to guard 3, because it'a shedding like crazy. Hoping for some regrowth.
