So I'm fairly certain I have mbp, with no receding hairline just diffuse thinning on the top of the head with it being a little more extreme on the crown.
However the other day I noticed my hair is thinning from my crown to the nape of my neck diffusely pretty bad with some minor diffusing on the sides of my head.
This isn't a huge problem as I have really long hair anyway and is fairly easy to cover up.
Howver I was wondering since this is not the standed pattern could this be an indicator of something else? This doesnt follow my fathers pattern as hes a N5. I have a feeling it may be traction alopecia as I tie my hair up tightly fairly often. Have a derm appointment in a month
