20 Yrs Old Worried About Balding Please Help

both grandfathers died around age 50 with full heads of hair, dad is 53 starting to lose hair dont know if its male pattern baldness. my hair is naturally brown but it is colored black. the brown has grown out quite a bit. the hairs all around my hairline are a very light blonde closest to my scalp so idk if thats miniaturization, male pattern baldness? sorry for the greasy hair btw. also my hairline has always been at a point like that on the temples. but i feel like its going a little farther back but idk. hoping you guys can give me some direction. sorry if i look like im whining but if i am losing my hair or something i wanna make sure to get on a treatment as soon as possible. thank you.

I think you have some recession, but it is only minor so far and it may not get any worse seeing as it doesn't look like you have a family history of early baldness. I don't think it is time for finasteride yet, but I suggest you keep a close eye on your hairline, and if you notice your temples receding further then you could consider starting on finasteride.
