OP, go see a doctor... I'm not sure this is male pattern baldness, as your hair is very thin all over, while pattern baldness follows a certain pattern with thinning on top, not sides and back.

Actually i went to the doctor, and he told me that he did not see such cases before then he took a sample of my hair, and he told me that he will examine them, But I thought u Maybe there is someone who knows about this case on this forum

Here's what I'd do: Hit the gym first thing monday, get clippers and shave it ALL off, all of it, 0.Then go to doctor and see what they can do for you this is not male pattern baldness obviously.
