20 Year Old Hairloss And Thinning Of Hair

i am a 20 year old male.i am suffering from hair loss from 1 year.i applied minoxidil for 6 months before but i am not using it now has it had no effects.I am currently taking 1mg finasteride and klosh tablet(saw palmetto)
tablets daily on the prescription of a doctor.He also gave me minoxidil but i am not applying it.He gave me sebowash ph balanced shampoo to wash my hairs daily.i use drinking water to wash my hair as ground(hard) water is coming in our taps.I have very thin hairs now.
When i move my hand through hairs i get easily 5 to 6 strands of hair.Is this normal?(i guess not)
My hairs are feeling more dry after using this shampoo.Will i be able to recover?
I have also attached my photo of my head where my hair loss is happening in case you want to see.
will i be able to recover?
can u suggest me something good?

i have stopped it just 2 weeks ago....so cannot see any major loss dur to its stoppage
