i guys I got two question to ask :

Q1. What Norwood am I experiencing now?

Q2. Area to apply minoxidil.

Option 1: whole frontal hairline like pic indicated

Option 2: Only these two spot?

I am confused because you can tell my middle hairline is quite thin and I don't know whether should apply mino there or no.
~

I have taken finasteride for 4 months, just started to use nizoral about 1 week.

Need you guys help and advice sincerely, Thanks !!

You are about a NW3 in my opinion judging from the pictures. And yes I would apply minoxidil to the whole frontal hair line. Take care and good luck

I don't think the Norwood scale applies to you. You probably have an NW1 hairline, but you're thinning in a NW3 pattern. Quite unusual...

Keep taking finasteride, you'll probably respond great and grow back loads of hair, good luck! If it doesn't work, try dutasteride, but given how odd your pattern is, could it be something other than male pattern baldness?

First time I seen someone lose it like that. Apply it to wherever your losing hair.

Technically your hairline is still intact. Doesn't look like there is any recession in my opinion. You definitely have a thinning pattern though. It looks to be a pretty significant thinning and in say a NW3 pattern, and it would probably get to a NW4 in the front soonish. You should apply minoxidil in any thinning area. It looks like the whole front of your hairline is thinning, so apply in "option 1". I personally apply rogaine in the areas just outside (perimeter) or my thinning because even though the hair has always been thick, it would likely be the hair next to thin.

Seikki, you are balding, and it looks like you're thinning in a Norwood 4A pattern. Apply Minoxidil to the areas of your scalp that's prone to balding. Most importantly, get on Finasteride ASAP to stabilize your hair loss, time is not on your side.
