I would personally say stick to dutasteride for 12/15 months first, you might be an incredible responder like some are and not need minoxidil. If you are maintaining but seeing no regrowth add either low dose oral minoxidil or topical+dermarolling

I went to derm and she told me she barely saw any miniaturization and she diagnosed me with Telogen Effluvium but guys don't get Telogen Effluvium right?

Thats why i thought she was crazy. So i asked her for finasteride or dutasteride and she declined because i didnt need it.
