it has officially been 2 years on minoxidil and LLLT and 2% keto. No finasteride. After 2 years my hair is still definitely above baseline. Just want everyone to know that minoxidil can maintain hair. I have not missed a single application. 2 years every day twice a day. Stick with it fellas!

Running a dangerous game with no AA angle dude. I hope you continue to maintain though

Are your extremities still all swollen up? Weren't you having an issue with that with the massive dosage of minoxidil you were using?

I was. The swelling has gone down as I have reduced my dosage. My uncle is a cardiologist and he said the swelling isn’t even a big deal. Just water. Plus I have high BP so it’s not a bad thing for it to get into my blood lol

I'd like to hear about someone's success using it once a day. I'm thinking of jumping on the wagon but I don't want, nor could I manage, the hassle of applying it every morning. Applying it before bed would be great and of no inconvenience. The half-life gives me the impression that once a day really shouldn't be a problem. Where I have seen it manifest as a problem, though, is where people go from twice a day to once a day, which I presume causes abnormalities due to the changing dose, primarily.

I peeped your pic and it's pretty peachy, Pavi! :D How old are you, if I might ask? Cool that your uncle is a cardiologist. You've checked your Hba1c and homocysteine levels I hope. Also I recommend maybe discuss with him nitric oxide test, it's a marker for endothelial health.

I’m 21 and I have had an echocardiogram and a stress echocardiogram. Both came back absolutely normal.
