Hi,

I had a a hair transplant 18 month ago and one 4 months ago. I was a norwood 3/4 before. I would just like peoples opinions on how it looks, hairline etc.

I more wanted an opinion on what it looks like overall first. I can tell you i was basically bald. High temples etc.

Im on finasteride and regaine.

whats your timeline of meds and the surgeries, just so we a better perspective on everything

I had 3000 grafts march 2017 to front and 3000 to back, middle and touch up front jan 2018.

Been on finasteride, regaine for two years.

have you got any pics just after surgery?

what was your donor area like? your sides look pretty thin, did they over harvest you a bit or did you always have thin hair like that at the sides

the top looks great though.

The top and front look good.

Here's the issue, unfortunately, with transplants.

Sometimes we can tell there is less donor area on the sides and back, when the hair is
clipper length (#4 guard or lower).

Easy situation to fix. Just grow the hair an inch (2.5 centimeters) on the sides and back.

That current style doesn't look bad on you though. I mean, you can pull it off.

Ryan Reynolds had a short haircut in DeadPool II, which you can see near the
end of the movie.

He is a rich movie star. It's obvious he had work done, even with him, when
you see him on a large screen.

Looks nice and still very early days for your second transplant.

Maybe try and take more of close-up photo of the hair line though?

no the bottom areas

i would like to have this style again but have the sides cut shorter. i wonder how it will look though?

Ah ok! No i have asked for a number 2 there, so it is quite short. Its called a 'blunt' fade.

I thought you meant the top left was thin.

I did have a number one previously, in the same style, but it was too close.

I wasnt conscious about it being overharvested though. I was worried about the top of the sides...

im guessing its a bit thin just because you have quite aggressive hair loss

overall you still good though
