Sometimes I feel my hairloss is too advanced, I mean what's the point of holding on to a little bit of hair, I have no faith in regrowing most of it back. I have no recession in temples, just looks that way because it's faded, but hardcore in the crown and hairline. 3 years ago I could have been modeling with my soccer hair, and I still get pretty decent looking girls but things have definitely changed. I know it sounds shallow and vain, but I'm 25 and not looking to settle down until 35 because of my career, I wan't to have FUN.

Anyways words of wisdom would be great, thanks..

2 weeks is not anywhere near enough time. You've got to give it a year, look at it this way you can take finasteride and possibly grow most of your hair back or maintain what you have, it's also possible it won't work and you'll continue to loose it, If you don't take it, you'll definitely keep loosing it.

You might notice a shed and it will get worse before it gets better, but just hang in there and have a look at the success stories forum for some inspiration

Yes I know it's early, but 1 in over 5000 see those results. Says you began propecia last year, any regrowth?

It does look pretty advanced. However, you're still (likely) within that 3 year window for the hair follicles to still be mostly alive. Stick with it. I didn't notice any results until I was about 10 months in.

On the bad chance that you don't get any regrowth...you look like you can rock the shaved look pretty easily!

DON'T GIVE UP! Give it time, and keep taking your finasteride every day!

2 weeks is a little time. stick with it if you want. NO homo, but I am pretty sure you can still pick up good looking girls with a shaved hair as well. you have the body, it looks like a shaved head suits you as well.

Time will tell I guess, I wonder if smoking cigarettes will prevent finasteride from reaching it's potential. Regardless I should quit, again lol.

2 weeks is nothing. My hair looked similar to yours in 2009, now i'm in a bit better shape. The pics I showed on another hair website, the guys over there say I barely look like i'm balding. Stay on it, you'll see results if your patient.

Thanks for the encouragement.

And I am impatient, which is why I added dutasteride twice a week

All most 1 month, no sides.
Do you have before and afters and a timeline?

i take propecia in smaller doses a few times a week because studies show a smaller dose is still largely effective. i am curreently seeing someone for pelvic pain (ive had it for over 7 years unrelated to propecia) i started taking propecia in march for the first few weeks i was doing 1 mg twice a day and thne i realized i was using too much and cut it back to 1mg once a day and then cut it back further. if i take low dosesof this stuff could it still cause sexual issues and ball pain? testicular pain is something im trying to get rid of with my pelvic pain and if the ball pain is caused by this it can prolong my recovery or even hault it.
