Hello Everyone,

I left a hair consultation today with an estimate of $10,000 for and FUT surgery. I'm considering doing the hair system for a few years before I decide to make that long term investment. I'm a 26 year old male and I live in Illinois. Any suggestions on were to start? I've done a little research and believe I need a French lace with a Swiss lace from but I'm not sure. I'll post what my hair used to look like and what it does currently.

Thanks in advance.

Here is a picture of my normal haircut. High and tight kind of fade.

You would def benefit from a topper hair system if only to give you the look and feel of hair before embarking on costly surgery which equally has no guarantees.

No measurable dif between Swiss and French. French lace tends to be a little more thicker and durable.

The dif is between Lace and Skin.

I have sent a PM

Hi Krys

There is no doubt you could benefit from a system, so it is definitely worth trying. You can try it out for under US$300 if you are willing to go the DIY route. I have to say, and I hope this isn't too much of a downer to you, I would say your hairloss is too far advanced for a transplant to be a big success. You just have too little donor and too big an area to cover.

If you would like to try a system, the first thing you have to do is make a template. Here are a couple of videos to show you what to do. I will PM you some suggestions on suppliers.
