1mg of finasteride is an arbitrary dosage

you are making an assumption based on a dosage that is 25 times greater, i don't see how you can scientifically draw that conclusion

i'm extrapolating based on the fact that 5mg didn't give much better results than 1mg. furthermore, finasteride has a near flat supression level of dht, as shown by the serum levels at 0,2mg, 0,5mg, 1mg and 5mg respectively.

finasteride doesn't really depend that much on dosage, which was my original point. whether it is 25 times greater or not, makes very little difference in terms of supressed dht. so unless you propose some other, additional, reasons for finasteride's effectiveness other than lowered levels of dht, i'd say it is safe to assume 0,2mg would give similar results to both 1mg and 5mg.

are are assume that there is a strait line or correlation with the percent of DHT suppression with hair count regrowth, it's obviously not but rather some calculus logarithmic curve
