19 And Losing Hair?

Hello everybody !

For the past year I've been experiencing some hair shedding and people around me have also noticed that I'm losing my hair. I've been a smoker since I was 14 years old but I've quit 9 months ago. Unfortunately for the last 2 weeks I started smoking occasionally but I'm going to quit for good again ( I'm 19 now ). Also I've been dealing with a lot of stress since I had my highschool final exams. Now I'm on a relatively healthy diet, I've been taking zinc and vitamin b supplements for 2 month but I don't know what to say. It doesn't seem to get any better. What do you think? Is it male pattern baldness or anything else?

Can you answer me an extra question, please? If you're pulling your hair quite powerful, how much hairs do you lose?

Well, I've been using Alpecin and Gerovital Anti Hair-Loss alternatively for the past 3 months so right now I've pulled my hair and I'm losing 2-3 hairs or something but you can easily see the bald spots on the sides

it looks like male pattern baldness to me. if you smoke, you will accelerate male pattern baldness.

I recommend quitting smoking and starting finasteride

No my hair is not okay. I just cut it really short to see how it looks. Is this normal? Sorry for the quality of the pictures. Please help

Yeah it looks like you're beginning to have some temple recession. It's not bad at all, and if you start treating it now you will probably be fine. I'd start finasteride and keto shampoo.

Yeah looks a bit thin, not too bad. Try finasteride. In regards to keto shampoo I recommend RenegurePure... contains no sodium sulphate!
