19 and extreme shedding

I am losing hairs like hell from past 2-3 months.....before that my hairline was receding like a mature......in shower i lose many healthy hairs.....most hairs have white roots but some also have black bulb.........using minoxidil noww.....i got checked my ferritin level after taking iron supplement for 2 weeks and us 62.....haemoglobin is normal.......is this temporary???? i am seeing thinning at top of head from forehead also.....hairs also shed from sides but these are quite thicker.......plz suggest some good!!!!!!!!!

Doctor diagnosed telogen effluvium but i am not sure....

Check your nutrition and take a zinc supplement.
