18M am i diffuse thinning? i think so and need opinions

can someone confirm that im diffuse thinning ? i want to start finasteride.also look at the last pic u can see the really thinner hairs beside the thick hairs showing miniaturization ( i think) i need opinions thanks

you are still a norwood zero and have no need to take finasteride

what you need is psychotropic medications for your mental illnesses
