Hi. I’m 18(turning 19 this year) and noticed differences in my hairline. I’d appreciate it if someone could let me know whether this is a maturing or receding hairline. Posted one of the crown too.

Regarding family history, my dad who’s nearing 60, has a full head of hair and so do all the males on his side. My maternal grandfather started losing his hair when he was almost 50. My maternal uncle and all of my mom’s male cousins are in their 40s and still have hair.

Also, if it’s possible to tell from the pictures, please do let me know if this the kind of hair loss recoverable through lifestyle changes. Can’t really afford to go to a dermatologist right now so I’m relying on this site.
