I have been balding for a few years. According to my derm, I have been using Alpecin Double Effect Shampoo, hairfolocs tablets, etc. I have also done prp. Nothing worked. Should I embrace being full bald? Is it too early for a transplant? Because I have already reached a critical stage. I don't know why it must come so early.

What the f***!! What type of balding is that.. don't want to sound rude but it looks like you'll be bald in 2 years or less. How long have you been losing hair

Hop on propecia..i too hoped on it at late 18eens and now i am 19 and almost 6+ months on it...i have odd effects like increase in libido and acne..no sides at all other then a little fat gain that i am not sure that it would have caused. Other than that absolutely 0 negative sexual side effects

Nothing worked because all those treatments are snake oil. f*****g useless.

Try the big 3. Don't embrace baldness yet, there's a good chance you could get some regrowth and maintain being so young.

Sorry your hairloss is so aggressive. For 18 that is unfortunate.
