hi all. ive always been dealing with aggressive Jair loss ever since I was 15-16.. now at 18 I am possibly a nw3. is it even worth it to start tratements at this point? Look at how receided my temples are..

I saw you mention this cream in that other thread. You're using it? How much do you reckon is getting systemic?

No idea and don't really care. Estriol has a low half life in the blood and is pretty not dangerous. A bit on the corners and hairline shouldn't be too bad. But you'd have to see how your dick works on it to be sure.

Definitely finasteride & minoxidil. I wouldn't do Estriol at your age as its meant for older women and may have sides you wouldn't like as a guy. If you go after it aggressively you will get better results. I would do RU & topical foam 5% minoxidil in the morning and liquid 5% minoxidil & 1mg finasteride before bed time.

It's just a whole different ball game when you start talking things that potentially result in body composition changes. I would be interested if I knew it wouldn't alter my muscle mass/body fat ratio

Yeah I don't care about that. My body fat sucks anyway and always has. I'm always around 15% body fat. It certainly hasn't changed from this tiny amount of estriol. But I'm definitely seen a growth stimulation effect.

thanks guys.. Why is my hairless so aggressive though? my dad is in his 50s and he’s around a nw5-nw6. my mom has a full head of hair. wtf

you have decent amount of hair. -U- shape recesion with deep reeceded temples ( i am worse -V- type reeceder). Not bad at all. I would go for 0.5mg finasteride every day and minoxidil on front part of head.
