18 M and im Loosing y hair rapidly

In January i turned 18, my Hair was always pretty normal maybe a bit on the thinner side. Since my birthday ive noticed a lot of diffuse hairloss. My hair feels really thin, soft and in a way non existent when I brush through it. My hairline still seems kind of normal but its going more see through every time i look in the mirror.

Last week i went to a derm but she told me that my Hair is normal but never even touched it and recommended to just wait.

Now the thing that REALLY scares me. Yesterday i noticed that i can just pull my hair out. And not even just my scalp hair even my eyebrow hairs are very easy to plug out without any pain. Also the hairs on the back of my head i can just pull out 4 at a time without even trying.

Please help me guys im really frustrated and im not sure if its an autoimune like alopecia or just telogen effluvium.

Your genetics are so bad at 18 you're going bald and there's nothing you can do about it except chemically castrate yourself

How is your diet? You could always get a blood test for your thyroid function and vitamin/mineral/iron levels to see if you lack in something. If all is good then you maybe got male pattern baldness and need finasteride and minoxidill. btw is your scalp itchy by any chance? Does it feel tender to touch? Do you have excessive hair shedding when you shampoo and on your brush?
