Past couple months my hair has really been bothering me, but I’ve had the same hairline since I was 12

But now I see hair at the front actually thinning and a little in the back

Do I start using rogaine or is it too late for it?

Thanks

My advice to you is to seek a good dermatologist specialized in hair and alopecia and if you have hair loss then made a therapy with him.

Eh looks like classic temple recession, go talk to a derm and ask about treatment for hairloss, specifically finasteride.

There's some caveats but if you start early and finasteride works for you without side effects, likely you'll just take a pill every day and stop worrying about it. Like I have for almost 8 years.
