So I'm an 18 year old male living in London. I first noticed my hairline receding 2 years ago but did nothing about it as I though it was just a maturing hairline. However I later found out that hair loss runs in my blood as my dad was bold by the time he was 20. So it's a hereditary thing but I've heard and read about cases where hereditary hair loss was reversed and many of the people grew back their hairlines. My hairline started to get worse during summer 2013. So I read up on some potential solutions and came across Regaine. I started using it twice a day starting from November 2013 and I'm still using it today and I only say that my hairline is getting worse and nothing besides few vellus hairs in the edges. I have a medium-short hair and when I pull it/well it back, I would say it looks like NW3 hairline if not worse. My crown and everything else seems to be fine it's just my hairline. The problem is that Regaine doesn't seem to work and if anything it's making it worse. I'm too young and my forehead is too big for me to go bold. My hair is straight and quite thin to be honest. What other products are there that could potentially solve my problem ? I'm desperate for help as it makes me depressed when I have to look at my badly receding hairline and then I have to look at my friends' perfect full hairline with nice and healthy hair. I don't mind going bold after like 25-30 so is there at least a temporary solution and a way to regrow my hairline although a permanent solution would be better. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
