unfortunately my genetics are sh*t, But what could i do more than thanking god for what good i was given and try fixing whats bad. Because of my genes i had gynocomastia but fortunately i was able to pay for a surgery (thank god for that) and get them enlarged boobs removed, But as soon as i hit 16 till my current age (17) i started to notice hairloss and some spots which are clearly fading and about to go bald, like the sides of my front hairline and and the front area in general.

My question is, If i use finasteride will this affect my hormones which will lead to the return of my gynocomastia? And is it even safe at my current age to use finasteride?

If you've had your actual gynecomastia glands removed, you will be immune from developing gynecomastia in the future irrespective of whether or not you take finasteride. I assume that this is the surgery that you had.
