17 Year Old Obtaining Rogaine in Canada??

Hey quick question:

I'm a 17 year old Norwood 2.5 living in Canada. I'm thinking of starting rogaine plus nizoral, but you need a prescription for minoxidil here. Who do I see about obtaining a prescription? Dermatologist? Family Doctor? And will they even perscripe minoxidil to a 17 year old?

Any insight would be appreciated.
