17 and need help

I just went bald last night and my hair follicles still haven't growed back in they're original spot? Is they permanently damage or not? My right side of my hairline is good but my left side is a bit higher. I don't want to risk going higher because I look very great where my hairline is currently at right now. I just want this minor fix to be repaired .

If your hairline is receeding as the last half of your post suggests the first half makes zero sense, then I would start finasteride 1mg or 1.25mg daily

Sorry if you misunderstood, I was in a rush. A couple months ago when I had hair, I had problems with my left side of my hairline not fully restoring like my right side. Some people told me to wait so I did and now I waited long enough. I decided to get my haircut on Sunday and I'm still looking on the left side on my hair with no progress with restore follicles
