Its hard to tell mate because you may very well have had this hairline since you were a kid in which case it wouldnt be cause for concern until you notice change. Has your hairline always been like this or have you noticed it receding / thinning ?
Take a picture that best shows your recession. in 6 months take the same picture in the same light. Maybe even measure the distance from hairline and corners to eyebrows and compare in 6 months. This will give you good indication.

Your temples look pretty receded. I would consider starting nizoral shampoo. The last thing you want to do is to brush it aside and let it progress worse.
