Could it just be a maturing hairline because the whole hairline moved back

Hi! So recently the hairloss on my hairline and top of scalp has reduced quite a lot. There is hardly any besides maybe a few hairs here and there. There also seems to be a lot of mew hair growing back. But I noticed along the back and sides of my head some is falling around the neck hairline. Is it possible to have retrograde alopecia at my age. Im barely 16.

No pulling your hair wouldn't cause what your seeing. Those aren't baby hairs. They are minizuration. Yes your balding . Could stabilize or continue. But you do have male pattern baldness.

I appreciate the response but due to the fact that there is absolutely no miniaturization past the hairline. Also what do you mean by stabilize. Like stop stop for a little?

Well you're only 16, it could start to minuatirize as you become older. Maybe you'll just lose those short hairs at the front of the hairline and stop receding for good, nobody knows.

Actually I just saw you are 16 years old. finasteride Might not be the best idea at that age. If your Doctor says your fine than don’t do anything. At most right now I’d try giving minoxidil a go for a couple years than try finasteride a couple years down the road if it continues to get worse.

Your can try derma rolling along the hairline with it. Take some vitamins. That’s all I really no of.

Derms can suck my penis. At first they only noticed my small temple thinning, but they never ever noticed my whole top diffusing until I told them.

You go to a derm to get prescriptions and blood tests, nothing else.

Idk if anyone cares but I went to two more derms and they both said I have lose anagen syndrome. And thats why It comes out as I pull. It turns out all the hairs coming out were anagen and thats why the hairloss was full body and not just head.

Are you hairy all over your body? If you've got lots of body hair at 16 it could be a sign of high sensitivity to dht or a sign of high dht.
