If I saw this hairline on a 20 year old I'd say it's male pattern baldness, but 14 is EXTREMELY young to suffer any major hair loss. Consider your family history of hair loss: have your dad, uncles, grandfathers, etc. suffered early and aggressive hair loss? Also if you can, compare some past pics of your hairline with your current hairline.

I know you're probably insecure about it since most people think you have to have super prominent temple peaks and a totally straight hairline to not be suffering from baldness, but natural oddly shaped hairlines do exist.

I'm afraid it does look like you are receding. I can't be completely sure however, because some people do naturally have a high hairline and temples, and I don't know if this is the case with you. As far as you're aware, was your hairline always like this, or did it used to be lower?

If you do have male pattern baldness, unfortunately you are way too young to be taking finasteride, so your current treatment options are quite limited. If you use minoxidil and nizoral shampoo, it will likely slow down your rate of loss, but unfortunately these are not nearly as effective as finasteride.

My father started losing his hair when he was 17 or 18 and it matured until he was in his 20s but its the same now as then and hes 45. My uncle is bald and my grandfather started losing his hair in his 40s-50s.

My hairline has had this M pattern im pretty sure back till I was 8 or 9 but not this severe. I started parting my hair to the right 3 years ago and since then it seems ive been losing hair more severely at my right temple probably 2or3x more than the left.
