Transcriptome profiling of pilosebaceous units in male androgenetic alopecia reveals altered junctional networks

Comparative analysis of gene expression led to the identification of 1336 differentially expressed genes (PBH < 0.05), of which 366 displayed at least a 2-fold change between balding and control samples

It is very complex, not only 5AR's

Cure is difficult if not impossible, but what about prevention?
Regarding sexes, it seem that women have a clue...

5-ar is just a preventative measure. It prevents these transcription changes from taking place, but can't reverse them.

Bridge once said that estrogens are there to reverse those. What's your opinion on that one!?

Do you think that finas is a preventive method? Messing with hormones to prevent?
It's the safest way we have to prevent loss until Olix

Yes. Estrogen upregulates and downregulates a ton of Androgenetic Alopecia genes.

What's your thought on going on an E cycle for a period of time and then maintaining on AA's and 5ARi's?

Sorry for overrunning you.

You'd have to cycle it long enough restore the hair completely so you're not going to avoid feminization. There's a thread on here where someone tried it. He got gyno, but not much hair growth.

But whats going on with the dudes de-feminize after ceasing E? It's most likely reversible, I think.
But I doubt we would be able to reverse feminization, if we will keep using AA's even without E... Any thoughts on this?

De-feminization isn't so easy after you've been on HRT for years. You'd have to come off all AAs and take HCG to reverse it completely, and you might not be able to reverse it entirely.
