Ok. 11 months are over and here's the deal. My hair is the thinnest it has ever been. I lost 70+ hairs in the shower today. Shedding? No. all of these hairs thinned and lost pigment. My hair is still thinning with my hairline devastated. Has the rate slowed down at all? Probably not, it doesn't seem like it has. What am i using?

Xandrox 5% 2 times a day
spironolactone 2% Nightly
Finasteride (Propecia) 1mg a day
Nizoral/T-SAL combo every other day.

Folligen every once in a while (1x a week?)

Um so yeah. It's not working. I'm not lucky. My question is, what the hell should my next steps be? I'm thinking about totally dropping minoxidil, geting spironolactone creme & revivogen for daily topicals, and taking dutasteride.

word.

I would try to add another angle of attack, namely fighting inflammation,
which probably causes your shedding:

I stopped my excessive shedding, which had lasted a few months, by taking feverfew internally (3 capsules daily). I would recommend you
try it for a few weeks (I saw results, i.e. stoppage of shedding, very
quickly - after about 3 weeks maybe!)

T-Flavanone is said to help with shedding by an anti-inflammatory
pathway, too, and most people seem to really like this product.

Anyway, my recommendation is to try to stop the shedding by above
means before moving up to the bigger guns.
