hair specailist said i have Telogen Effluvium 3 weeks ago, i cut my hair and i disagree with him, i made another appointment with him next week ....bad idea ? I want him to really be sure hes right !!!! 100%

I would research other derms in your area to find one with the best credentials for you rather than go back to the same person.
