I know I’ve posted before but why not again , Basically I had a 2 day mega session 6000 grafts at Cosmedica in Istanbul on the 4th/5th October it was all done by techs it cost £2800

No meds mate I did take finesteride for 4-5 months

Just because I’m at the gym bulking I’m
Thinking about injecting myself with testosterone so it seemed pointless to mess with my natural test levels

With hair taken from all over the place, chest, beard as i recall and all done by techs... f*****g techs they were real good and who designed the hairline and back density... Exceptional work and with that price, it's almost too good to be real....

Did it hurt ? 2 days must have been exhausting, how was it after did your head blow up from all those grafts ?

To be fair the second day I was dreading .
the first was about 10 hrs long it took a lot of will power to sit through it as I was exhausted and tender from the day before I had 8 different techs at diffrent points , 2 the first day and swapping whilst on breaks then another 2 the next day swapping again whilst in breaks .
And yes I didn’t get my head band till late due to the second date transplant so swelled ,
As for the hairline dr acar drew it but really went to the smp I already had

A couple of questions for you...

Do you think you’ll see any more new growth or improvement?...as many clinics say up til the 18th month there may be more progress.

And, I believe I read that you used to wear a hair piece prior....do you have any photo to show how you looked with it compared to now?

Well if it doesn’t get any better for you I think your results are great.

Actually...your photo of you with the hair system looks good...Did your family and friends know?...if so, what was it like, their thoughts/comments?

This was 7 years ago im 34 now , I wore a hair system for just over a year all my family new but not many friends and no colleagues or neighbors I changed jobs and moved house

@Jamiewilliams77777 Did he take hair from the back of your head also ? Or just beard and chest ? And where did he took the most of it can you tell me please ?

And i wonder why he told you to take finasteride if he transplanted hair from chest and beard... I mean let's say that he was afraid of the one from the back to be affected by DHT, but the one from the chest and beard ? What is their logic i really don't get it.. If it's transplanted from another part of the body which is not affected by DHT why would you take DHT blockers, it's not logical and that's the whole point of a transplant, to avoid all this shitty pills ...

To protect the transplanted hairs, yes hairs from the donor area aren’t as sensitive to dht compared to the hairs on top of his head but they are still somewhat sensitive to dht and can miniaturize with time.

"Can miniaturize" but nobody knows exactly, depends only on his pattern.. And besides this if the majority of hairs were from his beard and chest there is no reason for him to take finasteride, just to prevent something that may not happen and to mess up his hormonal panel just for the sake of it... That's what transplant is for !
