10.02.20 2nd Surgery Dr. Koray(asmed) 1200grafts (touch-up)

Hello guys this is the link to my first hair transplant

Wasn't happy at all. Had no density and loads of gaps between some area(you can see properly now on the photo below). Have decided to give another try to Dr. Koray. Seen many bad results lately, but he used to be the top one. Still believe he can do a very good hair transplant like before 2017( on which I based my opinion about chosing the clinic). I am aware its a bit risky to do it but wanted to trust him again. Hopefully this time more grafts gonna survive and I haven't made a wrong decision... gain everything(nice looking front and almost whole nw3 covered with grafts or lose almost everything, many grafts used and still not being pleased). Let's see and the answer we will get within 6-9 months

Asmed has turned his clinic into a mass production plant, he no longer takes his time and/or dedicates himself to each individual patient -- from what I've read his techs are now doing most of the work with Asmed only showing up for the final part (sticking the grafts in)

again this is all allegedly, I have never even been inside his clinic

Was talking about ASMED, he was one of the best surgeons in 2015, weird that you had to do a touch up. Anyway your pictures look good though.

Yes he was its true cos on that results 2016 and before I was doing the research and making the decision about the clinic.
Look good? Can you see these gaps and lack of density behind the hairline? If this result in your opinion is good I would not do the touch up. I do not have high expectations so trust me would leave another 1200 grafts for the future if this result would be at least good.

Thanks for explanation. Yes I have mentioned about it above. He used to be a master of hair transplant. At the moment do not want to judge the second hair transplant. Lets wait a bit longer at least 6 months. Its a shame had to spend another 1200 grafts but had no choice.
