Before year and 4 months to be exact i started my journey with finasteride and minoxidil. My temples were receded and i was difussing aswell and had a seborrheic dermatitis on my hair.I have almost full recovery since then and also my hair is kinda wet on the pictures because i just made them after applying minoxidil.I post first the before and then the after pictures.
In my opinion baldness can be stopped if u follow all of these rules.
Regimen :
First months when i started i started with the big three minoxidil finasteride and Ketoconazole shampoo.
I stoped using the shampoo after a month because it was too harsh for my hair.I switched from it to alpecin double effect shampoo for dandruff and hairloss.I use it since then.
IMO the most important thing is nutrition. You can ruin your hair and not realise it.As example in the past i used kreatin for workout, that sh*t raises Dht.Or if u use steroids. So make sure u dont use any of those bullshits just eating.VERY IMPORANT EAT A LOT OF PROTEIN i swear when i start shedding i start eating a lot protein.Like 10 eggs a lot milk fish chicken breast and it stops my shedding. In my opinion it plays a big role in baldness but i dont know why.OTHER IMPORTANT THING make sure u dont have vitamin deficiency.I had Vitamin D deficiency which has connection with seborrheic dermatitis and also with hairloss.I started taking daily multivitamin and vitamin d pills.ALSO IMPORTANT washing your hair , i wash my hair daily but you want to not overwash your hair and with my hair thats hard so i found out way how to not overwash my hair. Before i go to shower i make sure i workout home so i sweat a lot and i am sure my hair is dirty and then wash it , my hair feels good afterwards but you have to wash your hair every day if u have seborrheic dermatitis.
P.S and i also forgot to mention that i use more minoxidil than the reccomended ,they recommend to use like 1 ml i think only one time but i use it like 4 ,5 times or 4,5 ml because i feel like with 1 ml i cant make sure the minoxidil goes everywhere on my scalp.
