I’ve found conflicting info on 1% and 2% keto shampoos. Some say 1% is better, others that 2%. Do we actually know the definitive answer to this?

Keto shampoo is a very weak treatment, but of the two doses, 2% is stronger than 1%. You'll need to use more powerful treatments than keto shampoo, though, if you want to treat your hair loss effectively.
