What's the best way to get your scalp to absorb the shampoo?
I usually wash my hair with normal shampoo first to clean the scalp then use Nizoral on the nice and clean scalp.

I have a friend who told me he lost his hair very rapidly for about a year then his male pattern baldness almost came to a halt and progressed very very slowly for the next couple of years. He wasn't taking any drugs or medication.
