UPDATE.... 1 year after prohairclinic... first , here is a picture of me before i did anything about my hairloss , i only used that time 1 year 5% minoxidil without good results... this was me on januari 2008...

well i orderd the s5 cream from this site... but a few people warn me that it converts 2 much androgens to estrogens (spironolactone) so water retention is possible they say... i use sustanon250 every week and use als 0,5mg dutasteride every day and 0,25mg arimidex every day so the testosteron cant...

i use 1/4 th arimidex every day.... in conjuction with a weekly injection of 1ml sustanon250 ( just for the summer to get some more muscles) i can say that i feel the arimidex working, bodyfat is getting lower and lower on my hair i cant see any setbacks.... i use also asc-j9 2 - 3 times a day...

yep , i think that fully shaved would be best and the wig or hairsystem will be much better attached to your scalp then just a upperpiece.... if all my effords would fail , i would chose Telogen Effluvium same way....

injected testosteron does not contain dht.... so training with only finasteride would also be safe i was wondering how good spironolactone is , the test need to be done with only spironolactone... its the only way to be sure how good it works , sinds alot of people seek something alternative besides finasteride

from ergonics : 1mg arimidex lowers estrogen with 48% , and there was a rise in testosteron of 58%.... but with 1/2 to 1/4th arimidex the reduction would be a low 15 - 20%.... i think this would work best to prevent gyno .... as far as i know its the only drug that suppress the aromatization...

why dont you start with the meds ? minoxidil 5% and some fina could turn it arround....
