DU is still not officially available in my country.

I have been on finasteride every day for the past year and is gradually losing its effect. I have done some research and apparently Saw Palmetto is said to be a natural DHT blocker as well, i m wondering if anyone has tried adding Saw Palmetto into their regimen? any successful case?

Has anyone had any success taking nettle root extract on a regular basis and get positive result in fighting against hair loss?

HI Feelsbadman, so if I try to follow this practice, shall I go for 0.5mg of Du once a week? Or some other dosage?

thank you guys for all the responses...i know its side is pretty strong and wonder if I can do less a dosage as a support to my daily finasteride's admission...also read some successful cases on this forum about some guys take 1-2 dosage(everythree days..or even every once a week) of Du while stay on...

I was told the terminal elimination half-life of dutasteride is approximately 5 weeks at steady state...then i wonder why it needs to be administrator per day rather than per week or even later. I have been using finasteride but not very effective, i m thinking of adding dutasteride to boost...

I was at NW3 one year ago, started off on finasteride and Rogaine 5% foam, and it went pretty well for around 8-9 months. Even my wife notice I have significant regrowth on my crown.
