I don't think it's best to continue wounding your scalp every week for the rest of your life. Maybe having breaks/decreasing the frequency would work better long term.

I also have hair and I'm not keeping it very short. What helps is to roll on damp/wet hair. Regarding max efficacy, on the study they rolled until mild erythema was noted and they stopped there . They don't talk about hardcore wounding.Just a thought.
