I'm currently on Finasteride 1MG once a day, and minoxidil twice a day. I've been doing it for just about a year. Really happy with my results but want to add a thing or two more that would promote healthier hair. Would love some ideas. Appreciate the help in advance.

I shedded pretty bad early on in my treatment. I even double tapped the doctor and what I was told is that it's normal. Just keep an eye on it, you'll notice the decrease in shedding.
