I'd start finasteride ASAP, I didn't start until 3 years into my hairloss and regret it as I'm a Norwood 2 instead of 1.5 due to waiting. I did get a minor ball-ache for the first week but it subsided and other than that there has been zero problems.

Not good, definitely balding, my hairline was the same at 20 and got worse until 23 when I decided to take the plunge and start fighting it, since then the loss has been minimal.

It doesn't matter if it's exact, it all equals out. The point of taking them is to saturate your body over time with Finasteride and it only works when taken like that. I've screwed up a lot of times and cut some pills wrong to where I take a bit too much on one day and less on another but...
